Happy Birthday! I love the nails. You should def keep them. I used to do my tips for whatever season/holiday was coming up. It was my "me" thing :).
The wish list is great. I love the "Ex" Knife rack lol.
I don't have any advice for your options. The first sounds good but the second one is so promising but a lot of work for one person to take on. Good luck with whatever decision you make.
